Cecily Clements won her first case when she successfully immigrated her own husband to the United States through the consulate in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.  Since then, she has helped individuals from all over the world be reunited with their family members, even where the circumstances were difficult and the prospects for success were limited.  Due to her personal experience, Cecily brings a sensitivity to her work that is unparalleled.  She provides her clients with effective representation through building personal relationships as well as conducting an individualized, detail-oriented analysis of every case.
